Wow where can I start. This is the best customer service I’ve ever received from a shop that I brought this car, and my prior cars to. LILLY is the best when it came to customer service and communication. They hook my up and these people are a certified Tesla shop so all the parts are from factory and the work is done precisely.

Adrian was especially helpful. He kept me informed every step of the way, guided me through the entire repair process, and helped me understand what needed to be done while dealing with my insurance company.
