I purchased this Tesla at a dealership not knowing that there was bad scuffing at the very bottom of the bumper. While searching for an Auto Repair Shop I came across Car Geeks Collision. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Car Geeks Collision Auto Body Shop to repair the lower bumper of my vehicle, and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, the service provided by Lily and Rus was nothing short of exceptional. Firstly, the staff Lily & Rus were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided a detailed explanation of the repair process, putting my mind at ease from the get-go. Lily’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire repair process. She meticulously assessed the damage and devised a comprehensive plan to restore my bumper to its original condition. Her professionalism and dedication to her craft were truly commendable. Rus, the skilled technician responsible for carrying out the repair, displayed remarkable craftsmanship and precision. The final result far exceeded my expectations – my bumper looked as good as new, if not better! Furthermore, the efficiency of the service was remarkable. Despite the complexity of the repair. Overall, I cannot recommend Car Geeks Collision highly enough. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly unparalleled.
